The genius of pioneering – http://wp.me/p117Je-2dA
In Christ alone my hope is found,
He is my light, my strength, my song;
this Cornerstone, this solid Ground,
firm through the fiercest drought and storm.
What heights of love, what depths of peace,
when fears are stilled, when strivings cease!
My Comforter, my All in All,
here in the love of Christ I stand.
In Christ alone! who took on flesh
Fulness of God in helpless babe!
This gift of love and righteousness
Scorned by the ones he came to save:
Till on that cross as Jesus died,
The wrath of God was satisfied –
For every sin on Him was laid;
Here in the death of Christ I live.
There in the ground His body lay
Light of the world by darkness slain:
Then bursting forth in glorious Day
Up from the grave he rose again!
And as He stands in victory
Sin’s curse has lost its grip on me,
For I am His and He is mine –
Bought with the precious blood of Christ.
No guilt in life, no fear in death,
This is the power of Christ in me;
From life’s first cry to final breath.
Jesus commands my destiny.
No power of hell, no scheme of man,
Can ever pluck me from His hand;
Till He returns or calls me home,
Here in the power of Christ I’ll stand.
Have a blessed day and may you experience the love of our Lord, we ask in the name of Jesus-Christ. Amen 🙂
When things get tough, and it’s one thing after another, before I feel like I’m drowning, I thought that I’d listen to these two songs, they tell me of our Father in heaven’s love and compassion for his children. It’s just the waiting that’s hard. Keep us in your prayers pls.
God will make a way and You are my hiding place! – by Don Moen
You surely know the feeling that comes from doing the same thing, unpacking can be joyful but also frustrating so to relieve my anxiety, I thought I’d go on my channel and play a lovely song.
Have a blessed day wherever you are, my friends.
This is the question that our family and friends are asking us on a regular basis since we took a huge leap of faith and moved to France in the Poitou-Charente region. As we’ve only been here for over a week, it’s difficult to say. We haven’t unpacked all the boxes yet but we know more or less what they contain.Steven found my camera in one of the boxes in the lounge so I was really pleased.
Sunday, we enjoyed worship and fellowship in our new evangelical Eglise de maison. The Lord is so good.
I ask in Jesus-Christ, amen.
